Womens Climbing Workshop – Monday 20th May 6:30-8:30pm

Workshop includes: roped climbing techniques, bouldering techniques, core workouts, gym training and body weight to improve your climbing.
Led by ex-British bouldering champ and qualified personal trainer Jo Gordon.

Easter Holiday Family Sessions

We have several several instructional sessions for the whole family over the Easter holidays – for dates please click here.

Whether looking at getting the kids doing something active or fancy having a go yourself, these sessions are aimed at introducing families to climbing safely at Nottingham Climbing Centre. In a small group you will learn how to climb safely both with ropes and without (bouldering). After your 2 hour instructional session you should be competent enough to visit the centre independently as a member whenever you wish.
